Can you ship to my country?
Currently our product can be shipped to most of the world. If you live in the following countries your products will be shipped though our European Distribution Center: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands Antilles, Greenland, Estonia and Finland. If your country was not listed here it will be shipped from our USA distribution center.

How long will it take to get my product?
US Orders will take 1 - 6 working days.
International orders will take 1 - 4 weeks.

How is the product shipped?
All orders are shipped in a discreet white package The return address will read Herbal Technologies, LLC.

Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and can be shipped to PO Boxes

My credit card gets declined but I know there are funds available?
There are many reasons your credit card may be declined. Some of the most popular reasons are as follows:

1. CVV2 Incorrect - For Visa, MasterCard and Discover the CVV2 is the 3 digits printed on the back of your Credit Card right after the Account number. For American Express it is the 4 digit number printed on the front of the Card.
   
   
2. Incorrect Address - Our billing system uses Address Verification System (AVS). When filling out the order form, you must use the address your Credit Card company has on file for you. If you would like to ship to a different address contact our support Dept via email or telephone and we will process the order at our discretion.
   
   
3. Expiration Date - Before you submit your order always check the expiration date. We have noticed that on some computer systems it will always go to the default date.
